When we dance, we remember.
AnonymousMasvingo

There was a season when our gatherings stopped, when it felt unsafe to be seen together. Something in the community went quiet.
Now, every sunset, we gather to dance. It is small and it is ordinary and it is everything. The drums say: we are still here.
Joy, we have learned, is its own kind of resistance. When we dance, we remember who we are.
