I found my voice at 32.
AnonymousHarare

For most of my life I had learned that it was safer to stay quiet. The first time I walked into a Springs of Life workshop, I sat at the back and said nothing at all.
It took three sessions before I spoke. When I did, no one flinched, no one judged. They simply listened — and for the first time, I was believed.
Today I help facilitate the same circle that changed my life. I tell the women who arrive quiet, the way I once did, that their voice matters. Because someone told me, and it was true.
