We built a business together.

We started with nothing but a skill and each other. The livelihoods training gave us the rest — pricing, planning, the confidence to ask for what our work is worth.

Two months later we opened our doors. Today we employ four people from our own street, neighbours who used to ask us for piece work.

Dignity, for us, looked like a payslip we could hand to someone else.
